  Veggies are fresh, baked treats have too much sugar and deli items...especially their winter soups and potato salad..have waaaay too much salt. This is Ashland...where Healthy choices are important. Best to get soups, pasta sauces and local breads at nearby Shop n Kart or the Co-Op. Impressive wall of single bottles of beer. Good cheese selection...with staff assistance. Interesting "discontinued and out of date" nearly hidden area that I always check for goodies....about half price.
